| Nabor Ramirez opened the first Cafe Delicias, in Old Town Auburn, in 1964. The first location was followed by the opening of the second Cafe Delicias in Roseville. Later on, Mr. Ramirez would open the other restaurants in Rocklin and Auburn. |
| To this day, the company is proud to serve their customers at five different locations, all managed by Mr. Ramirez and his sons, Ruben, Rojelio and Miguel. His daughter, Ofelia, has also stayed onboard with the family business. |
